An update about the animation system

Sometimes in game development things don’t work the way you thought they would. That is the case with the animation system and models I talked about in my latest update. I will need to switch back to my original animation system due to issues making the game crash. It’s crazy what can change in a week.

I’m really bummed about it because all of the testing I did before implementing the system pointed towards a working system that would really help low spec computers. Unfortunately when I fully implemented it and packaged the game I had some major crashing issues.

I will still work on doing everything I can to optimize the game so that lower spec computers will be able to handle it better including optimizing the models and animations so that they don’t take up as much memory while running as well as doing some other updates.

The game will still releases on March 7th!
